When you request a demo, we collect the contact and workflow-context fields you provide, including your name, work email, company, role, team size, workflow category, timing, and optional notes.

We do not ask you to submit confidential operational data. Please use sanitized workflow descriptions in the request form.

We use demo-request information to assess fit, respond to your request, prepare a relevant demonstration, and maintain a record of the enquiry.

We do not sell personal information or use a demo request to add you to marketing communications without a separate basis for doing so.

Demo-request records may be stored using our application data provider and notification email provider so that we can receive and respond to the request. Access is limited to people and service providers supporting the request response.

Where analytics is enabled for a deployment, the site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregated site usage. Analytics is disabled when its measurement ID is not configured.

We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate the request, and meet applicable obligations. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your demo-request information through the Request Demo form.
